We may accept donations from an individual totaling up to $2,300.00 per election. Contributions are not tax deductible. You must be age 18 or older, a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, and cannot be a federal government contractor. The donation must be from your own funds, and not those of another. Federal law requires us to ask for your name, address, occupation, and name of employer if you donate over $200 to us in any election. The primary and general are separate elections.
