We can win the primary with Randi -- and go on to win the election in November -- and free ourselves from Republican-Lite representation.

It does not require a great deal of money to win in the primary. All we need to do is reach a well-defined pool of Democrat primary voters.

After winning the primary, Randi will be able to raise the larger sums of money needed from Democrat supporters to win the fall election.

As the only credible antiwar candidate in the general election, Randi will have a clear path to victory -- for all of our Democratic values.

Unlike the pro-war incumbent, Randi will be able to easily defeat the pro-war Republican and forestall any divisive challenge by an antiwar third-party candidate that we would otherwise certainly face again.

This is the time for us to turn the corner and send a real Democrat to Congress. If we do not seize the moment, it may never come again.

We must act now to free ourselves from endless years of frustration with a Republican representative passing herself off as a Democrat.
